Bought this because my husband snores like crazy, this has definitely helped with snoring!!

I had heard about mouth taping for months but was too weirded out to try it. With three young kids I am chronically tired but still have issues sleeping well at night (even when my kids do!) so finally decided why not give it a try. I started with medical tape and after 3 nights I got used to the feeling and noticed an huge improvement in my sleep quality with less wakings at night for water or chapstick. I used medical tape for weeks and always had tape residue on my face so that prompted me to research companies who specialize in this. Tapeher was notable because it promoted use on sensitive skin and allowed for use of chapstick underneath which I need. I have been a customer since and am obsessed! I can easily take it off and on if needed throughout the night and can even use one piece for 2 nights before it won’t stick well. I can’t even take a nap now without taping my mouth shut- it’s that addicting. It’s been life changing and am shocked I am just learning this in my mid 30’s. If you’re interested but weary just give it a try, you won’t regret it!!!

Was very hesitant to try mouth tape, thought I would not be able to sleep with it on, and would struggle to breath through my nose. They are very comfortable and can't tell they are on. Notice a big difference when I don't wear them. My mom also has gotten into them as well :)

I love this product! Phil and Brodie did a great job creating the tape so it’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t tear your skin when you peel it off in the morning. My sleep quality has increased noticeably and I don’t miss a night without my tape.

I was hesitant at first but almost immediately I saw the benefits. Now I can’t go a night without mouth taping! Love the product, no skin irritation and can easily pull it off/on in the night if my kids wake up and need me.

Worked well! I found it would come off if I used my Laniege lip stuff too close to applying. Definitely feel more rested wearing them. When I’d have to peel off half way to talk to the kids in the middle of the night, 8/10 times I’d have to throw out as it wouldn’t go back on correctly.

I have two little kids so thought I’d give this a go as I need all the help I can get with sleep! After starting mouth taping I felt way more rested even with being up throughout the night with kids! It took a bit to convince my husband to try it but now that he has he’s saying he is having the deepest sleeps lately 😴

Now that I use them they’re hard to go without! I can really tell a difference in how deeply I sleep while using it.

I have really sensitive skin so I was very skeptical but this tape both stays on and doesn’t bother my skin. Mouth taping has made such a difference to my sleep. So excited that I found this product.

It took a few nights to get used to, but now I find myself feeling always reaching for Tapeher before bed! I can still put on all my moisturizers and serums and it sticks to my skin no problem, and doesn't irritate my skin at all when I remove in the morning. I've been using it for a couple months now and would recommend to anyone looking to get a better sleep.

I’ve tried many mouth tapes and regular old kinesiology tape. Nothing stuck. Nothing worked. My friend told me about these and I thought here goes another wasted attempt at sticking to nose breathing during my sleep. But then, it worked! It worked so well I’ve re-ordered twice and don’t plan on stopping. Such a well made and well thought out product.

I have tried several different kinds of sleep tape and this is the best ! Try it and get a better night sleep.

I was skeptical but figured it was worth a shot since my sleeping has been rough for a while and I’d already tried a few others. What can I say, this little piece of tape works! Im a very light sleeper and have a really tough time falling asleep so I didn’t think I’d be okay with wearing anything on my face but to be honest, its comfortable, easy to apply and I barely notice it. What I do notice is that I’m feeling more energized throughout the day and having less trouble getting myself out of bed in the morning! Glad I gave Tapeher (him) a try and making it a part of my nightly routine.
