I've got pretty sensitive skin and anything I used prior, would irritate and hurt! The adhesive works without irritation and even with lip balm. I've got both sizes and have equal results in sleep quality. You will feel a difference in how you sleep within the first week!

Love these! I thought I’d be claustrophobic and I’m not at all and I even use the full size. They are so well made too… very adhesive even if you have lip balm on! It doesn’t irritate my skin and I tend to have some sensitivity. Really has improved the quality of my sleep. You might not think you need these, but trust me you do!

I just started using the mini a few weeks ago and love it. It’s hard to get good sleep while pregnant but mouth taping definitely helps. The mini allows me to still drink water from a straw in the middle of the night IYKYK that pregnancy thirst is no joke! Seeing an increase on Deep and REM sleep through my WHOOP tracker as well!

I have noticed that my quality and length of sleep has improved greatly since using Tapeher! I wake up feeling rested and energized. I am allergic to adhesive on most bandaids and the adhesive on Taperher is so gentle I don't have a reaction!

I’ve been a mouth breather my whole life and never slept well. I’ve been using Tapeher for about 3 months and noticed a dramatic difference!

I honestly can’t sleep without tapeher now that I’ve used it for a few months. On nights where I’ve either forgotten or been too tired to put it on, I’m noticeably more tired when I wake up! Since using Tapeher I no longer wake up with a dry mouth. Before using this great product I would wake up with such a dry mouth that I felt like I had to drink a gallon of water to quench my thirst! Now that I use this great product I wake up feeling tons better. I am definitely a believer in this great product.

I have struggled with sleep for 20 plus years. I am highly claustrophobic. These do not give me any feelings of claustrophobia at all. My body is not allowing me to sleep through the night however, the sleep I do get makes me feel more rested. The brain fog from lack of sleep is lifting. Very impressed.

Not only have I stopped snoring thanks to this product (which my wife is over the moon about!), but I feel more well rested than I have in a long time! What’s even crazier is that I’ve had really bad acid reflux for YEARS, and I’d have nights where I’m woken out of a dead sleep choking on acid out of nowhere. It’s as horrible as it sounds, and it would take forever for it to settle down enough to get back to sleep. NOT ANYMORE!! Ever since using this mouth tape, I haven’t ONCE had that happen!!! I guess by breathing solely through my nose and not through my mouth, it’s kept everything at bay, and I am SUPER thankful for that. It’s to the point where I don’t take my pills for acid reflux anymore.
