This mouth tape has been revolutionary for our sleep! I no longer have to spend the night hitting my husband with a pillow to get him to stop snoring! Since we started taping our mouths, we've been getting much deeper sleeps and waking up refreshed. Wish we started using Tapeher earlier to be honest. Sleep and marriage saver :)

I live this tape. It's the most comfortable mouth tape I've tried and doesn't come off at night like some other tapes I've tried. I get fantastic sleeps when I use this tape and notice a posiyive change in the quality of my sleep when I use it.

I made a goal for 2024 to start mouth taping nightly to help with snoring, dry mouth/throat, and jaw support. I’ve tried just about every product on the market, including cutting my own medical tape, but I can confidently say Tapeher blows every other product out of the water. The shape, adhesive and fabric offer the best support and feel. What other mouth tape stays on with Vaseline on your lips?! The 30 packs are also the best price for value on the market today. I was a sceptic but I honestly have seen such an improvement in sleep quality. I also wake up now without a scratchy throat and I am snoring way less!

I bought this product to help me restart nasal breathing instead of mouth breathing at night.
It has worked wonders and helped by daytime breathing too as my body is now adjusting to this much healthier way of breathing…
Tape sticks well and lasts all day… can be a little tough to remove so wetting the fabric helps

This tape is amazing! My biggest fear was being kidnapped and having tape over my mouth since I thought I would die from not being able to breathe. I’ve never been able to breathe out of my nose well, and after being a lifelong mouth-breather with many ears/nose/throat issues and surgeries I just didn’t think it was possible. I was nervous to try the tape but it’s so lightweight and breathable! I’m also very sensitive to adhesives but I haven’t had any issues with rash or skin irritation from this tape, which is very rare. I’m so happy with this product as it’s made such an impact on my daily life. I can breathe through my nose so much easier and without much thought, and my sleep has significantly improved (length of time asleep, quality of sleep, less restlessness) and I wake up much more refreshed! As a mom of a young toddler this has been so valuable and I would highly recommend this tape to anyone and everyone!

My husband has central sleep apnea. This is different to sleep apnea because his respiratory rate drops to zero when he’s sleeping. Once his respiratory rate drops to zero, his organs think they should start to shut down. He has a CPAP machine but it wasn’t helping. I got him the tapeher to see if it would help him with the CPAP. It helped!!! I can literally say this product is saving my husband’s life! Thank you!

I have been using Tapeher for a month now and am hooked! I was nervous that I would feel claustrophobic, but that's not the case at all. I notice that I am sleeping soundly and have brighter eyes in the mornings. My husband is now looking into trying it!

Great mouth tape! Not to sticky for delicate lips but strong enough to keep your mouth shut. These have been a life saver!

I love this mouth tape! I had tried one other brand previously, but found myself ripping it off during the middle of the night because it felt restrictive. Something about this mouth tape's design helps my mouth stay shut, but allows air to come in through the sides as well as allowing a slight opening between my lips. It has completely stopped my snoring problem (which my husband is very thankful for ha!). The first few nights I wore it, it's like I could feel the tiredness behind my eyes dissipate. Thank you for making a great product!

It’s been 2 months since I started wearing the tapeher strips and my sleep scores have improved dramatically all things considered (mom life) now I can’t go to bed without them !
