I was skeptical but honestly just needed a good sleep after starting shift work. It took a couple tries to find the exact right spot on my nose and mouth but once I did, it’s so comfortable. I do not think I can go back to sleeping without the nose tape especially.

I have very sensitive skin and most adhesive materials cause rashes that last for days; but whatever is used on these two products does not bug my skin it all. My nose is a little red for an hour or so every morning, but it goes away.

Don’t mind the horrible picture, I literally just woke up and did the review. The Tapeher nose strips and mouth tape have made such a big improvement in my sleep that I was able to stop taking melatonin before bed. I will definitely be reordering. Well worth $60 a month to have the best sleep every night!

Mouth taping is SLEPT ON and more people need to get on it. Not only has my sleep improved, but my jawline is way more chiseled!

I barely ever leave reviews but had to for this one. I kept seeing mouth taping on my Fyp on TikTok lol so I gave in and bought these and am SO happy I did! Love the pink color & how comfortable they are (the shape of these leaves some space on the sides of your mouth). + they ACTUALLY work!! I thought I was sleeping fine before, but I can now confirm I've been sleeping like an actual baby hahaha. Only wish I bought them sooner. Try these!!

I’ve tried probably 15-20 varieties of mouth tape and my standards are high 😂, and this is by far my favorite! Anything that can encourage better nasal breathing tends to really improve sleep, lessen anxiety, and has so any other benefits too. So many people don’t realize how much mouth breathing is contributing to a chronic level of stress in their body!

For me better nasal breathing through things like mouth tape means more energy, fewer headaches, and better quality sleep.

I like that it is very soft and does not irritate my skin, flexible, and it stays on well enough even with my skincare.. Usually they just fall right off. Love it!

I live this tape. It's the most comfortable mouth tape I've tried and doesn't come off at night like some other tapes I've tried. I get fantastic sleeps when I use this tape and notice a posiyive change in the quality of my sleep when I use it.

Well I bought these on a whim, figured why not. Safe to say i’m hooked. Went through a bit of a panic when I first tried to wear it … I also wear a night guard for grinding my teeth so the claustrophobia hit me at first. THAT BEING SAID, I found I got used to it after I wore it around the house for a few hours prior to bed.

It’s nice to finally feel like I am breathing throughout the day! I do record myself sleeping for movement/talking and have noticed myself moving less. I definitely recommend giving these a chance!! Also I don’t know who you use for shipping but damn is it quick.

Really fantastic product, made out of very high quality material. Works all throughout the night and not at all painful to take off in morning. Have tried other tape but did not work. Also, comes in cute pink packaging and pink in colour. Highly recommend.

I’m a dad of 2 young kids, and I just woke up after a night of using Tapehim and my Whoop strap told me I got 5+ hours of restorative sleep! My 2 year old is up early every morning and my 4 year old too, and when I use this tape, I seriously wake up feeling so refreshed and ready to face the day. I’m a mouth breather and a snorer and my wife has been very pleased with the fact that I haven’t been keeping her up, too!

Yes, of course this is going to take some getting used to! Once you're comfortable with the concept, your sleep just feels more "smooth" - I'm not sure how else to describe the feeling? I also find myself breathing through my nose during the day.

The material feels like a flexible, comfortable bandaid that doesn't hurt to remove. It's soft, yet sturdy enough to keep my mouth shut.

As someone who works in dentistry and promotes nasal breathing, this mouth tape has been a game changer to try! It’s comfy, non irritating and it’s not too big on your mouth! I’ve found I sleep much better when I am wearing Tapeher. Shipping was really fast as well, which is always a bonus!

I’ve tried everything to improve my sleep pattern. I never guessed that mouth tape would be the answer. A family member was pitching their new product, Tapehim/Tapeher on their social media so I thought I’d give it a try, partly out of wanting to support them and partly out of curiosity. I was completely comfortable wearing it from the first night. I fell asleep very quick and woke up feeling refreshed. I typically wake up with a very dry mouth and right away noticed my mouth felt clean and alive. I also noticed my breathing through my nose was effortless. I have a tendency to chew the inside of my cheeks (I know, gross) but not the nights I wore the “Tapehim”. I thought about my dad today and how loud he snored. I wish someone had thought of this back then, I really can’t imagine how you could snore while only breathing through your nose. Anyway, I’m sold and grateful for this life changing product. I’m pretty sure a package of these will become a permanent fixture on my nightstand.
