The full mouthtape is great, it stays on all night, no more dry mouth! I've also tried the minis and they are very comfortable. The nose strips however, just come off and I haven't been able to use them...
I started using Tapeher mouth tape November 2024 and after two weeks, I was hooked. It’s been one year and one month now, and I do not go a night without this mouth tape. I believe it is helping me sleep more deeply/feel more rested during the day. I also notice that I’m getting sick less. I have a 4 year old that loves bringing germs home from daycare but I’m not getting sick the way I used to. I believe it’s because I’m sleeping better (so stronger immune system) and because it’s forcing me to breathe through my nose, so I’m not getting stuffed up the way I used to.
