I recently had a strong desire to give mouth taping a go.
I researched brands which were free of forever chemicals and found Tapeher. I love the name and the X style. I don't like the styles they completely cover your mouth. With this style, I can yawn (it's unhealthy to suppress a yawn! But how do people yawn with the tapes that completely cover their mouth?). I can also have a drink if I need to; I now keep a bamboo straw beside my bed! After one night of using the Tapeher mouth tape, I was sold and went to buy three months supply. I love mouth taping for sleep, it has helped me immensely. However the mini size just does not work for me. I don’t even think I have big lips or anything. The mini falls off like an hour after putting it on. I’m going to switch back to the regular size.

I can sleep the whole night and not be woken up multiple times with a completely dry mouth, sore throat and stinging tongue. Adhesive does not irritate and the fabric is soft and pliable.
I love the regular mouth tape from Taperher so much and so I decided to try the mini’s. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ve had one night where the mouth tape is still on when I wake up in the morning. Not sure if perhaps I am doing something wrong with the application ? Never had an issue with the regular Taperher mouth tape, I love those ones
