I was a bit nervous making this purchase, spending this much on mouth tape. I had tried using medical tape before for this purpose and could hardly make it a few hours into the night with out waking up gasping for breath with intense anxiety. And it didn't stick so well or was painful to remove.
This tape is a game changer. I love that its small so that I can still open the corners of my mouth for a little air in their before I fall asleep but my mouth stays shut all night.
I think the magic of this take is its a wee bit stretchy. Not so that your mouth will be able to open while you wear it, but so that any natural little movements of your face wont be constricted, causing that panicky wake up of "why cant I move my mouth". It slightly funny right when you put it on but you adjust quickly. The feeling of waking up to your mouth naturally being closed feels so good for some reason.
It removes quite well, just go slowly.

This mouth tape is a game changer! I feel way more rejuvenated from sleep now! Works well even with my beard, and doesn't hurt to get if off either, just simple method of running your tongue on your lips and it just falls off.
