I took a really long time looking for the mouth tape that I thought would suit me best. I first tried the Queen Tape brand and it left too much residue and it was too big for my mouth. What I love about Tapeher is that it was strong enough to keep my lips together, but I didn't feel like I couldn't breathe and there was no residue left on my lips when I peeled it off in the morning.
What I also really enjoy is the shape of Tapeher. I contemplated getting the mini size first, but ended up going with the regular size. I love this shape because my upper lip can be sensitive to cold sores and with this shape of Tapeher, I can maneuver around that sensitive area and still keep my lips together.
I have been searching for mouth tape because I snore and am a huge mouth breather. Tapeher has kept my mouth closed all night and I find I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore.
I only bought a month's supply because I wanted to test out if this was for me, but now I'm back on the site to order more. Also very happy this is a Canadian brand - what a bonus!

What an amazing difference with my sleep!! I use to wake up multiple times with a very dry and painful throat and dry lips.

I apply a tiny bit of lip balm before using tapeher and use a warm facecloth to remove easily in the morning.

I truly mean that these are the best no strips I’ve ever used, and the first that I’ve never made my skin breakout. Adhesive that is used is great for sensitive skin, and my airway is clear. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product. I will definitely be purchasing more.
By the second night of using the mouth tape I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. I usually wear retainers and used to clench in my sleep, as well as be a mouth breather. Since using the mouth tape I notice a significant different - I no longer have dry mouth when I wake up, I don't clench at all and I am rarely waking up with a stuffy nose anymore. At this point, I dont think I can sleep without it.
However, I will note that I like the mini and have only used the mini. I like to be able to talk sometimes after I put it on. I feel like the mini does the job for me for now and I am very happy with the results.
