I was extremely skeptical and went in thinking I just wasted my money and it was what it was. I was so wrong and so happy to be. The quality of sleep I’m getting is wild. I wake up feeling way more rested even though I’m getting the same exact amount of sleep. I’m also waking up throughout the night less. I use to wake up with a sore dry throat every morning and now I’m not. My morning breath also doesn’t exist anymore. Honestly love this product and will be rebuying. I definitely recommend to anyone that sleeps with their mouth open. Took a few days to get use to. It didn’t wake or keep me up or anything just was a bit awkward to fall asleep with something on your face when you usually don’t. But after 2 days I was fine and didn’t notice it on at night. The sleep you’ll get when using it is phenomenal and you’ll feel so well rested the next day!
