I was really excited to try these. I have sensitive skin and when I would taken them off I would peel my skin with it. Needless to say I had to stop using them. Tapeher was wonderful and refunded my money right away.
I took a really long time looking for the mouth tape that I thought would suit me best. I first tried the Queen Tape brand and it left too much residue and it was too big for my mouth. What I love about Tapeher is that it was strong enough to keep my lips together, but I didn't feel like I couldn't breathe and there was no residue left on my lips when I peeled it off in the morning.
What I also really enjoy is the shape of Tapeher. I contemplated getting the mini size first, but ended up going with the regular size. I love this shape because my upper lip can be sensitive to cold sores and with this shape of Tapeher, I can maneuver around that sensitive area and still keep my lips together.
I have been searching for mouth tape because I snore and am a huge mouth breather. Tapeher has kept my mouth closed all night and I find I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore.
I only bought a month's supply because I wanted to test out if this was for me, but now I'm back on the site to order more. Also very happy this is a Canadian brand - what a bonus!

What an amazing difference with my sleep!! I use to wake up multiple times with a very dry and painful throat and dry lips.
Taping has solved that problem and my nights are lovely.
No more sore and dry throat or lips!
I apply a tiny bit of lip balm before using tapeher and use a warm facecloth to remove easily in the morning.
I’m into my second 3 month supply and cannot picture sleeping without my little pink mouth tape.

I truly mean that these are the best no strips I’ve ever used, and the first that I’ve never made my skin breakout. Adhesive that is used is great for sensitive skin, and my airway is clear. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product. I will definitely be purchasing more.
So incredibly hard to take off. My skin isnt sensitive whatsoever but removing this tape felt like my skin was ripping off.
By the second night of using the mouth tape I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. I usually wear retainers and used to clench in my sleep, as well as be a mouth breather. Since using the mouth tape I notice a significant different - I no longer have dry mouth when I wake up, I don't clench at all and I am rarely waking up with a stuffy nose anymore. At this point, I dont think I can sleep without it.
However, I will note that I like the mini and have only used the mini. I like to be able to talk sometimes after I put it on. I feel like the mini does the job for me for now and I am very happy with the results.
When I took off the mouth tape it took some of my skin form my lips, I had little tiny open skin all over my lips.
I have been using the mouth tape for about month, and the sleep quality improvement is so amazing, I literally sleep like a rock and I do not grind my teeth or clench my jaw as much as I used too! I don’t have a sore jaw when I wake either
I purchased the forehead tape and overall it is a good product. The tape is the right amount of sticky, does not irritate skin, and I love that it’s not plastic. It is also effective at temporarily smoothing out forehead lines, which is its intended purpose. I However, my main concern is preventing the lines between my eyebrows and unfortunately the shape of the tape isn’t quite wide enough at that point. The other main issue I have with the product is the colour and branding on it. I understand it’s a product used in one’s home not public, but I would prefer an option like a neutral colour, skin tone etc or at least no branding on it. I don’t like to feel like a walking advertisement, even in my own home.
The Tapehim mouth tape is used by my husband. He has used it for a number of months now without complaint. He definitely gets a better night’s sleep and in turn so do I.
I am now sleeping in a quieter more tranquil environment.
I have noticed such a positive difference using the mouth tape. I don’t wake up as much in the night and my quality of sleep improved immensely. It is an essential part of my sleep routine now.

Helps hold yout skin in postion . Jaw lone is smooth and helps when u only lay on one side. Smooths skin
The best alwep option . I wear a retainer at night . Grind my teeth and had sore throats often i think from sleeping with my mouth open . It tales about four sleeps with tape on untul you cant sleep without it . I sleep bettee . My mouth isnt dry . Sore throats and colds are def stopped by wearing the tape . my son gets strep often he now wears it too . Best choice . 10/10
As a snorer, my husband refuses to have a sleep study done and I couldn't fall back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. Since we both started using Tapeher and Tapehim, we sleep through the night and wake up well rested!! We easily adapted to this very comfortable tape and nasal breathing. I hold a lot of tension in my forehead during the days and I noticed that this tape has helped offer some reprieve and when I wake up that tension is completely gone. I just didn’t know this is what I needed and I love it!

I have been using mouth tape since it was before it was cool. Like, over six years ago. I used kinesiology tape, and whatever tape brand was available on Amazon (the brand always changed when I had to re-order, because the brand never stayed on Amazon) at the time. I finally ordered TapeHer and it is amazing. It stays on for the entire night and it doesn't harm my skin when I take it off the next morning (even when I put on my heavy nightly skincare). I am a loyal customer and highly recommend!
