Great tape, works really well. BUT why do you have to fight to get the tape backing off? There should be an easy split in the backing, like Bouche’s mouth tape. Then it would be perfect!
I swear I sleep so much better when I use this mouth tape. It doesnt make me feel like I’m suffocating and I sleep so soundly
Don't order the pack they offer with everything because it was supposed to be mini tape, mouth tape and nose strips. I got two regular mouth tapes and 2 nose strips. The nose strips do not work. The mouth tape does! Also shout out to their customer service for sending me more mouth tape when I let them know nose strips were defective. I'm going to try some other cheaper options on Amazon to see if the tape her mouth tape price is worth it or not.
Was snoring due to medication and the tape has really helped with the snoring and therefore I don't get the terrible dry mouth associated with the snoring. I use the tape every night. What a blessing

I’ve tried other mouth tapes but nothing works as swell as Tapeher! I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well the mouth tape sticks and lasts all night but also how easy it is to remove.

I've been using these for the past four months or so and have been loving them. The minis are more comfortable to sleep than the regular size, I don't even notice them when sleeping. Just ordered more!
Loving my results and sleeping like a baby! I was nervous the adhesive was going to give me a rash or break me out but so far nothing! I can't sleep without it now!

I absolutely love this product. First time usung mouth tape and I sleep so much better - with no snoring! It helps me breath through my bose at night but still allows you to breath through your mouth a bit if necessary.
I was a bit nervous making this purchase, spending this much on mouth tape. I had tried using medical tape before for this purpose and could hardly make it a few hours into the night with out waking up gasping for breath with intense anxiety. And it didn't stick so well or was painful to remove.
This tape is a game changer. I love that its small so that I can still open the corners of my mouth for a little air in their before I fall asleep but my mouth stays shut all night.
I think the magic of this take is its a wee bit stretchy. Not so that your mouth will be able to open while you wear it, but so that any natural little movements of your face wont be constricted, causing that panicky wake up of "why cant I move my mouth". It slightly funny right when you put it on but you adjust quickly. The feeling of waking up to your mouth naturally being closed feels so good for some reason.
It removes quite well, just go slowly.

This is my first experience with mouth tape and I'm really pleased. The mini mouth tape is very comfortable and easy to wear.

This mouth tape is a game changer! I feel way more rejuvenated from sleep now! Works well even with my beard, and doesn't hurt to get if off either, just simple method of running your tongue on your lips and it just falls off.

I was pleased that this mouth tape goes (mostly) over my mouth guard when it's in my mouth. But it does hurt a bit when I remove the tape.
