Knowing the benefits of mouth taping I had tried just about every medical tape I could. Your ad popped up in my instagram feed and I thought - why not! I LOVE this product. Thank you so much for creating something so easy to use - I never wake up wanting to rip it off and I barely notice its there - in fact some mornings I get up and make my way to the kitchen and realize its still on! I used these many times! I would wake up & when I pulled the Tapeher off, it felt like my lips had been ripped off. Just didn’t work for me.
Brodie and Phil - you’re my heroes! I have a newborn and a 3-year-old who decided he didn’t want to sleep through the night anymore when the baby came. I was so dubious at first, especially because I’m claustrophobic, but this tape puts me into the deepest sleep. And if you’re going to tape your mouth shut, you might as well look cute doing it. So thank you!
It took me a little longer to get used to mouth taping. I have narrower than normal nasal cavities so I was worried about my breathing. Not to worry, I no longer have dry mouth and my snoring has been minimized. I feel more refreshed in the mornings. I highly recommend this tape to all and have given samples to friends to try. A 5 star product!
I have two children and am lucky enough to be married to a morning person, which is something no one has ever labelled me as. The first difference I noticed when I started using Tapeher was that I was waking up refreshed, restored and dare I say, not even a little bit grumpy? My morning "persona" was something I thought was just part of who I was vs something I could fix! I am waking up happier and am a quick convert to mouth taping!

I was skeptical at first and it took me a couple nights to get used to it but now I have a hard time sleeping without it! I wake up feeling like I actually got sleep, who knew this was a thing, lol! So glad I found you and your product.
Love this! It’s my second experience with mouth tape so that was not new to me but this product is excellent. Not too big and stays secure nicely
My average deep/REM sleep was always around 2 hours. I track carefully! Since using mouth tape, I am averaging 3 hours. It works!
Love this tape, Brodie and Phil. Currently in the trenches with a new baby and a 4 year old and even though I’m currently getting staggered sleep I’m waking up a lot more refreshed. Also wanted to note that when getting up during the night with the baby and having to remove the tape it always sticks back on really easily And stays put! Thanks for creating a product that is comfortable and more importantly works! Take all my money 😂
I'm in complete shock! I have had sleep issues for what feels like years, and I had heard about the tape but was reluctant to try it as I didn’t think it would work for me. It WORKS! It is really easy to apply and remove in the morning. Thanks, Tapeher for helping me with my sleep.
I was having a hard time getting a deep sleep and didn't think this would help but low and behold I'm staying asleep longer and feeling more refreshed in the am. I thought having a beard would be an issue but the adhesive holds up really well. Defiinitely well worth a try!
After initial disappointment of not receiving the tape due to logistical issues, Tapehim sent another pack foc. Completely changed my mind about their customer service and congratulate them on that. Jury’s out at the moment on effectiveness as only been using for a few days and still getting used to it. Hopefully both my wife & I will start to see the benefit iver the coming weeks.
So I had read a lot of reviews about people saying they slept better through the night or were not waking up, less back pain. I can say after 1 week none of these things have changed for me and I am an avid mouth breather my husband would contest! However I will say I like the idea of sleeping with my mouth closed and am hoping it’ll train me to do so I have noticed during the day I tend to breath with my mouth closed more often. Also my breath does seem less smelly in the morning. I have no issues with my lips drying out I actually find these really comfortable and as others mentioned easy to reseal, easy to remove, stay in place. I have super sensitive skin and they don’t bother me what so ever. I’m going to keep using them to see if other things improve but the things I was most excited about I don’t see much of a difference in.
This product is great. Having a moustache, it has been tough to find a tape with adhesive good enough to last through the night. Excellent hold and happy with the performance.
Effects are TBD, as I have only been using for a few days, but noticeably have slept better/deeper even in the first nights.
I do think the price is $5-$10 more than it should be, as I did find another tape that works well, for $14 CAD, that actually comes with about 60-days worth (as opposed to the 30-days in this package). At this price, it should come in at least a 60-count package.
Definitely a great option for those on less of a budget! If you don't mind spending more, you will be very happy with the product.

I’m not a mouth breather but often find my lips are apart during sleep resulting in dry mouth in the morning. I’ve been using tapeher for almost a week now and have slept great with it. No discomfort and easy to put on and off. And no dry mouth in the morning!!
I like the idea of them . I’m older so even tho I think I like them for sleeping
When I get up in the morning I have new creases that go from the corners of my mouth towards my chin and no one wants unnecessary wrinkles. I might try one more time to reposition them but if that doesn’t work I won’t continue to wear them
My husband didn’t snore last night and was craving to wear again tonight… speaks volumes. I have been loving mine for over a week now. Even took them on a girls trip!
It's tough to adhere if you apply lip stuff at night and I feel for my husband he can't get his to adhere well. Maybe because he has a little facial hair ... just scruff, so if he's not clean shaven, the tape doesn't adhere well.
I’ve been wearing tapeher for a few nights now. My sleep score last night was a100 score and had excellent REM sleep. I’ve been actively trying to get my REM up because it has always come back poor and they say it’s linked to Alzheimer’s so this is great to see the tapher is helping me get a good boost! The only tip I’d add is putting lip balm/vaseline on your lips before the tape. It doesn’t hurt at all in the morning!
At first I was extremely skeptical that this would improve my sleep but holy heck I was wrong! The last few years I’ve struggled to sleep through the night and since I started mouth taping I’ve found myself waking up less and getting fuller sleeps! My husband’s snoring has also stopped which is life changing in itself 😜 A marriage saver for sure!! Will definitely be signing up for the subscription next time around 🙏🏼🤍
