First use, pleasantly surprised. I had such a deep sleep, I had like 3 dreams, I haven't had that good of a sleep in 4 years since having kids! Mouth tape stayed on comfortably, nose strip opened my nostrils like never before. Looking forward to using them again and again!
The full mouthtape is great, it stays on all night, no more dry mouth! I've also tried the minis and they are very comfortable. The nose strips however, just come off and I haven't been able to use them...
I started using Tapeher mouth tape November 2024 and after two weeks, I was hooked. It’s been one year and one month now, and I do not go a night without this mouth tape. I believe it is helping me sleep more deeply/feel more rested during the day. I also notice that I’m getting sick less. I have a 4 year old that loves bringing germs home from daycare but I’m not getting sick the way I used to. I believe it’s because I’m sleeping better (so stronger immune system) and because it’s forcing me to breathe through my nose, so I’m not getting stuffed up the way I used to. I’m also not waking up with dry mouth during the winter nights, which is shocking living in Kamloops BC where it’s like a dry desert! Highly recommend! 10/10! And just put an order in for the face tape. Excited to try that!

I love these - These help me sleep through the night. Plus it helps me feel better - no more scratchy throat when I wake up! Also, I have super sensitive skin and I have no issues with the adhesion.
Got these for my daughter and she says they have really helped calm her anxiety and has a great night's sleep, waking up refreshed and relaxed! I understand the impotance of breathing through the nose, but I have to say, I was not sure taping her mouth was the answer, but it really does work for her.

I have been using Tapeher for about a year now and I can truly say that I'm obsessed. My sleep health is better (even my Oura Ring says so!) and I can feel the deeper rest supporting my overall energy levels and well-being. I love how soft the fabric is and how cute that it's pink :) I switch between the regular size (for when I'm traveling solo/sleeping alone) and the mini-size (for when my kiddos are with me in bed). The mini-size lets me talk just a little bit - enough so they can understand what I'm saying without having to take the tape off - LOL! All in all, I highly recommend. Thanks Tapeher!

Avoir le Taperher pour dormir m'a clairement aidé dans mon sommeil que je trouve plus réparateur. J'avais aussi l'habitude de boire de l'eau si je me réveillais la nuit, je devais donc me réveler plus tard pour aller à la salle de bain... et maintenant je ne le fais plus donc je dors mieux et plus longtemps.

Both equally. As a dental professional, I know how mad mouth breathing can be for your periodontal health but have always struggled being able to sleep with my mouth closed. Mouth taping helps my mouth stay closed during sleep. I tried using medical tape previously but it just wasn’t comfortable. I tried the nose tape randomly with a free offer and ended up liking them more than I thought I would. The way that they help buy my nasal passage open to allow for easier breathing is instantly noticeable and makes a big difference on most nights. I love this combo ❤️
As a nursing mom, the impacts on my gums were significant (puffiness and irritation) which has been improved substantially by preventing my mouth from being open at night. The tape is comfortable and does not cause any irritation for my sensitive skin

Not to sound dramatic, but I don’t know how I functioned before I used Tapeher. My sleep has been completely transformed. I wake up rested regardless of how much sleep I actually got, am getting sick less and my anxiety has improved.
I am new to CPAP use. The Tapeher. Doesn’t eliminate dry mouth but it does help. It’s so much more comfortable than a chin strap!
I have always been a mouth breather and have always wanted to change that. I hated waking up with a dry mouth, often times a headache and feeling like I hadn’t had an adequate rest. Enter - mouth tape. It works and it changed my sleep completely. I am waking up feeling great, refreshed, my lips and mouth aren’t dry and I’ve had no headaches. I highly highly recommend this to everyone! 10/10 product. Will repurchase.
I love this mouth tape! It is the softest and least irritating tape I’ve used but still stays in place. It’s expensive but worth the cost.
Literally life changing. I have always been a mouth breather especially sleeping and have struggled my whole life with cavities because of it. I have been using Tapeher for over a year now and my last 2 appointments, no cavities! In addition, I am sleeping very deeply, my jaw pain has decreased and I have seen a reduction in the amount of colds I had this fall.
The tape itself is really comfortable, light weight, and stays on all night. Highly recommend if your in the market for mouth tape!
I had heard about mouthtaping for quite some time, and was a little nervous to try, but Tapeher made it easy and not intimidating! I have great sleeps, they are obviously easy to use, and stay put. If I am using an oilier product for bedtime, I make sure I put it on hours before, or avoid the mouth area so the tape remains stuck.
Hands down my favourite mouth tape… ever. I have the best sleeps now!!!
