After being beyond skeptical about mouth taping, after one use of TapeHer, I noticed a difference in the quality of my sleep and an improvement in my restfulness in the morning. I now don’t think I could sleep without it.
I received two packages and neither of them worked or were at all useful. The tape is not really sticky or capable off staying in let alone keeping your mouth closed while sleeping.
