Got these for my daughter and she says they have really helped calm her anxiety and has a great night's sleep, waking up refreshed and relaxed! I understand the impotance of breathing through the nose, but I have to say, I was not sure taping her mouth was the answer, but it really does work for her.

I have been using Tapeher for about a year now and I can truly say that I'm obsessed. My sleep health is better (even my Oura Ring says so!) and I can feel the deeper rest supporting my overall energy levels and well-being. I love how soft the fabric is and how cute that it's pink :) I switch between the regular size (for when I'm traveling solo/sleeping alone) and the mini-size (for when my kiddos are with me in bed). The mini-size lets me talk just a little bit - enough so they can understand what I'm saying without having to take the tape off - LOL! All in all, I highly recommend. Thanks Tapeher!
