I was using a US based mouth tape (VIO2) and had to switch because of the tariffs making shipping absurdly expensive. I’m so glad I did! I like Tapeher way better. The adhesive comes off more cleanly and the shape of the product works better for my mouth. Bonus that the color is soft and less scary if one of my kids encounters me in the middle of the night.
i have to say Oscar did an amazing job replying to my email. i wrote about and issue on Sunday and had a response on Monday!! He also took the time to review my account and discovered an error and made above and beyond measures to rectify the situation.
I feel assured that i am dealing with a solid customer centric company. a rare find these days, with the gobbledegook you gets from China!
I had tried other tapes before and had horrible experiences. I would wake up with them in my hair, I would have break outs around my lips - just not good. I was ready to just give up and call it a fad but decided to give TapeHer a try and I’m so glad I did!!! My breathing at night feels completely different! I’m sleeping more soundly and actually feel like I’m breathing the way you’re supposed to! I’ve been wearing the tape for 60 days now and have had no issues with breakouts or sticking. Don’t feel claustrophobic when I wear it. I don’t think I can sleep without it now!!! Definitely have a customer for life!

I’m a chronic mouth breather at night, and using mouth tape has really helped train me to breathe through my nose while sleeping. The biggest benefit so far is waking up without dry mouth, which is amazing. I’ve also read that it may support digestion, oral health, and other long-term wellness benefits, so I’m hopeful to see more improvements over time.
That said, there are a couple of downsides. The strips are single-use, and if I have any face lotion on, they don’t adhere very well. They’re also quite pricey for just a 30-day supply. Another thing to note is that these only cover part of the lips—so technically, you can still breathe a bit through the corners of your mouth. Some people say a fully covered design is more effective.
Overall, they work, but I wish they were more affordable, reusable, and offered full coverage.
