Love this tape. I have tried a few and this one is minimal and comfortable. Also stays put if your have chapstick on.
My favorite is the nose tape, I really feel a difference when putting it on and it stays still all night!

I was hesitant at first, not sure if I really needed these, but I'm so glad I tried them! Both the nose and mouth tapes are gentle on the skin and stay all night. The nose tape, especially, really helps me breathe better, and therefore sleep better. Highly recommend!
I love that the Tapeher Mini doesn't cover as much of my mouth but still sticks well and keeps my mouth closed during sleep. You can hardly feel it!
I’m on night 5 of mouth taping and so far I’ve slept so much better!! Being forced to breath through my nose has just made me sleep so much deeper, and as a result I’ve got so much more energy during the day! The only thing that I regret is that the tapes are single use, I hate the thought of generating so much waste especially since I kinda can’t sleep without them now 🥹
I like the mouth tape so far. Easy to put on and i feel like it does help keep my mouth closed so i am no longer mouth breathing. I do find it fairly difficult to remove in the morning.

It really seems to work, my snoring is almost gone. The material is definitely premium quality, very thin and soft, no effect on the lips. It sticks through the night i.e. does not fall off. Thank you,
If a person wakes numerous times in the night because his or her mouth is incredibly dry, Tapeher will help. Does Tapeher solve all my sleep issues? No. However, it really helps to keep me breathing through my nose and so is worth the money. Especially since I've ignored the directive to throw out the mouth seal after one use. I get three to five nights out of a Tapeher and now the price is reasonable.

Total waste of time and money
I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can’t believe how well I am sleeping. Not only sleeping well, but waking up rested.

Mouth tape/nose strip combo is my new secret weapon as a parent. While I may not always get enough hours of sleep this has drastically improved my sleep quality. I fell asleep without it one night and noticed a big difference. No BS, I am not sure I can go without. I’m waking up more rested than I have since becoming a parent. Both products but are soft, comfortable, and breathable. They also work on top of my night time skincare.
I find the tapeher mouth tape oddly cozy and look forward to putting in on every night! I was an all-night mouth breather before, and it took me two nights to get used to using the tape, but now I love it and sleep soundly all night! Thank you!

I seriously wish I got these sooner. I have not had good sleep in SO long (mom life of course), but I've been wearing the minis and regular mouth tapes for about a month, and they are literally the best thing I've ever done for myself. I used to wake up all throughout the night, and I don't wake up AT ALL now! I've also lost a few lbs since using them, and I have a huge feeling it has to do with this mouth tape because I'm actually getting my full 7-8hrs of sleep no interruption!! I also can breathe through these so I don't ever feel claustrophobic! Sooooo good, just try them!!
As a mom of 4 it is HARD to get good sleep with the list of things to do and the kids tossing and turning, the struggle is real. Once I tried TapeHer and started breathing through my nose, I noticed my sleep was so much more soundly. I woke up more refreshed and alert and noticed my jaw looked a little more defined. Who knew this little piece of specific tape has had such a big impact. Highly Recommend!
I wish I bought these sooner - my sleep has been changed for the better. I used to wake up multiple times a night and chalked it up to becoming a mom and becoming a light sleeper. With the mini tapes I now sleep through the night and do not feel like I am suffocating Game changer
I accidentally began a second subscription so got a 3 pack a few days after another. Tried to cancel the second one once I realized my mistake but no response. Tried to reach out another way but I saw the no returns unless damaged policy so spent almost $200 on snore tape this month which isn't ideal.
The product is great but one star for zero service.
I bought the nose strips and mini mouth tape and I love it. The mini mouth tape is perfect and stays on super well. I find the nose strips can sometimes fall off but for the most part they do the job! I would recommend this product.
Recently purchased these after trying the regular ones. When used vertically, the tape still doesn’t cover full lips (natural and not filler enhanced).
The nose tape does not stick on, the mouth tape does but don’t get the bundle
This is the most comfortable mouth tape I've tried (and I've tried ALL of them) – the design is cute, I love the X shape for breathability and the material is super comfortable. I have no problem with it staying on through the night and definitely helps me sleep better. 10/10!
