I’ve been using Tapeher mouth tape for over a month now and I am loving the improved deep breathing I’m getting with my sleep! The oxygen intake through my nose instead of my mouth has helped me feel more energized in the morning, too. They have greatly minimized my snoring (per my husband letting me know!!). They also have helped my jaw posture having a closed mouth all night, and helping my teeth feel like they’re securely in place instead of jutting out with mouth breathing. Overall, I am so happy with these (the gentle fabric is amazing!) and I’m going to keep using them!
I absolutely love!! I use them every night and I have noticed a huge difference. This is my second monthly supply so my second month using the mouth tapes. The size is small so they are comfortable and very sticky so they do not tend to fall off (unless you use more oily moisturizers). I have noticed my mouth no longer being dry and my jaw sits in the right place now. Overall an amazing purchase and would recommend for anyone even beginners to mouth tape!
Its amazing, i will say my lips are a little dry i also happen to ne aick right now so it might be that. But other than that its helping a lot!!!

I honestly thought that it was some kind of hippity Doo da fade lol. But I tried it with another brand and the tape hurt my mouth and my skin. An influencer I followed swore by this brand, so I gave it a shot because her recs have been pretty solid in the past. One week in and my sleep is better. I’m already noticing a change in my jaw line and cheeks. Way less puffiness and more definition. My mouth isn’t as dry when I wake up. So far pretty freaking phenomenal.
